![]() Supermassive Games is diving once again into horror with its upcoming project, which will no doubt please fans of their recent efforts in The Quarry, and in the ongoing The Dark Pictures Anthology. You’ll have to employ lightning-fast reflexes as you dodge and weave through waves of enemy projectiles, while in turn returning fire. Luna Abyss will focus on platforming as you make your way through the megastructure, not to mention having to survive the onslaught of the corrupted souls and cosmic horrors found within. The centuries-old ruins of the megastructure are filled with maddening echoes, telling hints of what was once the prosperous city of Greymont, and its terrible fate. However, you soon find out that Aylin isn’t the only one watching you. Tasked with recovering technology from within the megastructure and what happened to the colony, you’ll be monitored on your mission by the artificial prison guard know as Aylin. Currently in development n development for PC via Steam, the game is also being developed for PlayStation and Xbox consoles, though it’s not clear whether it’s current-gen or the previous generation.ĭescribed as a “narrative-driven, first-person action-adventure game”, Luna Abyss puts you as a prisoner sentenced to explore a derelict megastructure that sprawls deep beneath the surface of the mimic moon Luna.
